SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible -- we appreciate your understanding. 

Please contact service@tannergoods.eu with your order number if you need to make any changes to your shipping selection. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all updated requests.

The customer assumes responsibility for additional charges on rejected packages.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders are shipped within two business days.

We offer the following delivery options:

Free delivery on orders over £150
Arrives within 3-5 business days of completed order processing.

Next day delivery on all items
Available to most areas of the UK for £4.99. Orders must be made before 12pm for next day delivery and please note this does not include weekend deliveries, which shall be shipped on Mondays.

Please note: Orders under £150 will be sent using our standard shipping service, and you will be notified of any shipping fees at time of order. The cost of this service is £2.99 and takes 3-5 working business days.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once orders are shipped, Tanner Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third- party carrier, and as such risk of loss and title for goods ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance. The shipping carrier used will be listed on your shipping confirmation email.

If you are concerned about package loss, consider upgrading your shipping service during checkout. You can see shipping options above under “Shipping Rates” or during checkout.
